UP Board Announces Compartment and Scrutiny Results for Class X and XII

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UP Board), Prayagraj, has released important updates regarding compartment and scrutiny results for the 2024 high school (Class X) and intermediate (Class XII) examinations.

Scrutiny Results Announcement: The scrutiny results for students who appeared in the 2024 high school and intermediate examinations have been declared. These results are now available on the UP Board’s official website, https://www.upmsp.edu.in/. The scrutiny process resulted in revisions for 3,891 students out of the 12,206 applications received from various districts under the board’s jurisdiction. Initially conducted examinations witnessed participation from more than 55 lakh students this year, with results initially announced on April 20, 2024.

Steps to Download Scrutiny Results:

  1. Visit the official website: https://www.upmsp.edu.in/
  2. Navigate to the region-wise UP Board scrutiny result link on the homepage.
  3. Open the PDF file that lists the roll numbers of candidates whose marks have been revised.
  4. Log in to download your revised UP Board scrutiny marksheet.

Obtaining Revised Mark Sheets: Revised printed certificates/marksheets for students with updated results will be dispatched to their respective schools via the district inspector of schools (DIOs). Students can collect these revised documents from their schools after returning their previously issued mark sheets/certificates to the principal, as per the board’s guidelines.

Compartment and Improvement Exams: The compartment or improvement exams for UP Board classes X and XII are scheduled for July 20, 2024. Students appearing for these exams must carry their admit cards and arrive at their respective exam centers 45 minutes before the scheduled start time. Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website. Class 10 compartment exams will be held from 8 am to 11.15 am, while Class XII compartment exams are scheduled from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. These exams will take place across 75 district headquarters in the state.
