India Post has announced the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) 2024 results for 12 circles today, August 20, 2024. The first merit list is now available for the following circles:
- Andhra Pradesh
- Punjab
- Assam
- Delhi
- Gujarat
- Karnataka
- Kerala
- Maharashtra
- Odisha
- West Bengal
- Tamil Nadu
- Telangana
The results for the remaining circles will be released soon. Candidates who participated in the recruitment drive can check their merit list on the official India Post website: indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

- Visit the Official Website: indiapostgdsonline.gov.in
- Click on ‘GDS Online Engagement Schedule, July-2024: List-I of Shortlisted Candidates Published’ tab on the homepage.
- Enter Your Password and Registration Number.
- Click Submit.
- View and Download Your Result for future reference.
Next Steps for Selected Candidates:
Candidates who are shortlisted will need to undergo document verification. The following documents must be presented to the Divisional Head mentioned in their result notification:
- Class 10/SSC/SSLC Original Mark Sheets
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Physically Handicapped Certificate (if applicable)
- 60 Days Computer Knowledge Training Certificate from a recognized institute
