Jamshedpur, September 25: The CBSE Zonal Archery Championship 2024 concluded at SDSM School for Excellence in Jamshedpur on September 25.

In a remarkable display of skill, Anushka Tiwari emerged as a standout performer, clinching the gold medal in the 50 meters distance event of the Compound Round. This impressive victory has earned her a coveted spot in the upcoming CBSE National Tournament, scheduled to be held in Delhi next month.

Anushka boasts an exceptional track record, having secured gold medals in compound archery at the national level for the past three years. Her achievements were recognized by Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who commended her for her remarkable contributions to the sport.

Currently representing Press Club Ranchi, Anushka hails from Kharka village in Gumla district, exemplifying dedication and talent in archery.
