GBSHSE Chairman Bhagirath Shetye noted that the pass percentage for 2021 was an exceptional 99.40%, attributed to the board’s reliance on internal assessments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In contrast, the pass percentage for 2020 was 89.27%.
Shetye emphasized that the 2021 results were based on internal assessments since the board could not conduct examinations amid pandemic restrictions, leading to a notably high pass percentage.
