The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 10 supplementary exam results on August 5. Students who appeared for the supplementary exams can now check and download their mark sheets from the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in. For those who are not satisfied with their results, a re-evaluation and verification process has been outlined.
Re-Evaluation Process
- Application Dates: The online application process for re-evaluation of supplementary exam results will be open from August 9 to August 10.
- Fee: The application fee for re-evaluation is ₹500 per subject.
- Re-Evaluation Results: The results of the re-evaluation will be final. Students are advised that no further requests or reviews will be entertained once the re-evaluation results are declared.
- Marksheet Update: If there is a change in marks, students must return the original Marksheet cum Certificate they hold. A revised marksheet and certificate will be issued.
Verification and Challenge Timetable
- Photocopy of Answer Books: Students can apply for a photocopy of their graded answer books starting August 16, with a fee of ₹500 per book.
- Challenge Registrations: Registrations for challenging the re-evaluation results will begin on August 20. The fee for challenging is ₹100 per question.
- Answer Book Verification: Only the theory component of the exam is subject to re-evaluation and challenge. A hard copy of the answer book will be provided upon request for verification purposes.
