Eligibility Criteria
Faculty:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an MSW/MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology/Psychology, BSc. (Agriculture), or BA with a B.Ed degree. A passion for teaching and basic computer skills are essential.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be no older than 65 years and should be in good health.
Guard cum Gardener:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed at least the 7th grade from a recognized board or institution.
- Age Limit: The age requirement is between 22 and 40 years.
Key Responsibilities
Faculty:
- Assist the Director in organizing and executing training and awareness programs.
- Participate in the candidate selection process and generate applications.
- Prepare the Annual Action Plan for the center.
- Manage logistics for training sessions and conduct lectures.
- Develop notes and other materials for training.
- Perform other tasks to ensure smooth center operations.
Guard cum Gardener:
- Ensure the security and safety of the premises.
- Maintain and care for the garden and grounds.
- Assist with attendant duties and perform any other tasks assigned by the Director.
Salary
Selected candidates for these positions will receive a salary ranging from Rs 6,000 to Rs 20,000.
