The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has revised the schedule for Phase 2 seat allotment acceptance and fee payment. The new deadline for these processes is now extended until August 14, 2024, at 4 pm.
Students who have been allotted seats in COMEDK Round 2 Phase 2 can confirm their admission by completing the fee payment through the official website at comedk.org. Shortlisted candidates must also report to their designated college by August 16, 2024, before 4 pm. To check their seat allotment results, candidates can log in using their user ID and password.
Candidates should follow the schedule strictly and verify the college’s reporting hours, especially on weekends and public holidays. Notably, candidates who receive an “Accept & Upgrade” or “Reject & Upgrade” status in Round 3 will be given only the “Accept & Freeze” option and must enroll in the designated college. Please note that in Round 3, there is no option to cancel the seat, and the fee paid to COMEDK will not be refunded.
Revised Schedule for COMEDK Admission 2024:
- Round 2 Phase 2 Allotment Result Decision and Fee Payment: August 14, 2024 (up to 4 pm).
- Reporting to Respective College (Accept & Freeze Decisions Only): August 16, 2024 (up to 4 pm).
- Seat Cancellation Form Submission (for Round 1 and Round 2 Phase 2): August 17, 2024 (up to 3 pm).
Documents Required for Reporting:
- COMEDK UGET 2024 admit card and rank card.
- Date of Birth Proof or Class 10 Certificate.
- Class 12 Result.
- COMEDK 2024 Verification Entry Card.
- Fee Payment Receipt.
- Original ID Proof of Candidate.
- Original ID Proof of Parent.
- ST, SC, OBC Certificate from Tahsildar (if applicable).
- Tulu Minority Certificate (if relevant).
- Karnataka Domicile Certificate issued by the revenue authority (not below the rank of Tahsildar).
- Proof of Parent’s and Student’s Study in Karnataka for seven years (including Class 10 and 12).
