The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the scores for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) UGC NET June 2024 exam. Candidates who took the exam can now check their scores by following these steps:
Steps to Download Scorecard:
- Visit the Official Website: CSIR NET NTA.
- Select the Result Link: Click on “Joint CSIR UGC-NET Result 2024” on the homepage.
- Enter Login Details: Input your application number and date of birth.
- Submit and View Results: Click submit to view your result.
- Download Scorecard: Save a copy of your scorecard for future reference.
Eligibility Criteria:
- General, EWS, and OBC Candidates: Must secure at least 33% in the exam.
- SC, ST, and PwD Candidates: Must achieve at least 25%.
Important Updates:
- Provisional Answer Keys: Released from September 9 to September 11, 2024. Candidates were invited to challenge these keys.
- Final Answer Key: Released on Wednesday.

- Subjects Covered: Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean, and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences.

- Total Appearances: 1,63,529
- Number of Centres: 348 across 187 cities in India
Note: The NTA will not send hard copies of the CSIR NET Result 2024 by post or email. All candidates should check their results online.
About the Exam: The Joint CSIR UGC NET exam assesses the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), assistant professorship, and admission to PhD programs in Indian universities and colleges. Conducted twice a year (December and June) in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format, the exam is managed by the NTA on behalf of the CSIR.
