This initiative aims to equip students with skills in banking, securities, and insurance, preparing them for future employment or self-employment. Expert trainers from outside have been brought in to enhance the training experience.

Prof. Sunil Kumar, Principal of the college, emphasized the importance of professional preparation under the new education policy. The training covers various aspects of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), including market investments, trading processes, and effective techniques. This initiative is designed to build skills that will benefit students in both job markets and self-employment opportunities.

Dr. Nripendra Sharma, a Smart Trainer from NSE Academy, highlighted the significance of the Gaurav Yojana, launched by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. The scheme is part of a broader effort by the Higher Education Department to improve the quality of education in higher institutions and to prepare students for the growing opportunities in the banking and financial sectors.

Dr. Sharma also noted that the NSE sector is expected to expand significantly by 2025. The collaboration with the NSE aims to convert students and other youth into valuable human resources for this sector.
