Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University (DDU), Uttar Pradesh, has started its counselling process for various undergraduate programs, including BTech, from September 18. The counselling is being conducted for first-year admissions in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME). Students can register for the spot counselling process via the official website www.dduguadmission.in, as announced by Prof. Umesh Yadav, Director of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
For second-year BTech admissions, the university offers lateral entry based on merit lists from the entrance examination, JEE Main, and CUET scores.
Additionally, the university is conducting admissions for new courses introduced this year. These include:
- MS in Artificial Intelligence
- BCA in Machine Learning and Data Science
- BCA in the Internet of Things (IoT)
Admissions for these new programs are scheduled for September 19 and 20, and will take place on the IET campus.
Pharmacy entrance exams for BPharm and DPharm courses are scheduled for September 22 at the university campus, with exams conducted in two shifts. For further details, students can refer to the official portal of DDU.
