- Confirmation Deadline: Students must confirm their seat allotment by August 27, 2024.

Important Details:
- Upgrade Option: Only candidates who complete the payment process can opt for an “Upgrade” in the next round.
- Allocations in Round 2:
- 24,869 new allocations were made.
- 27,554 candidates received a higher preference through the upgrade option.
- Reconsideration Policy: Candidates who were rejected in the first round due to invalid certificates/documents have been reconsidered in the Unreserved (UR) category, subject to merit and seat availability.
Seat Availability:
- Initial Vacant Seats: DU had earlier released a list of 6,100 vacant seats for the second round.
- First Round Fill Rate: 91.98% of seats were filled, with 65,843 seats occupied out of 71,600 total UG seats.
Registration and Allocation:
- Total Registrations: 2,45,287 students registered via the DU CSAS portal.
- First Round Statistics: 97,387 seats were allocated, with 52,838 going to female students and 44,549 to male students.
How to Check Round 2 Seat Allocation:
- Visit the Website: Go to the official Delhi University admission portal at admission.uod.ac.in.
- Login: Click on the “Login” tab on the homepage and enter your required credentials.
- Access the List: Find and click on the “Round 2 Seat Allocation” link.
- View Results: The DU UG CSAS Round 2 Seat Allocation list will appear on the screen.
- Download: Save the seat allotment result for future reference.
Upcoming Rounds:
- Third Round Allocations: Delhi University will announce allocations for Performance-based programmes and Supernumerary quotas (CW, ECA, Sports, and Ward) in the third round. The schedule for this round will be declared soon.
