IIT Delhi to Begin Registration for JAM 2025 on September 3

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will open the registration process for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025 on September 3, 2024. Candidates aspiring to join various Masters programs for the academic year 2025-26 can apply online through the official portal at joaps.iitd.ac.in. The last date to submit the application form is October 11, 2024.

The JAM 2025 exam will be held in 100 cities across India. Successful candidates will be eligible for around 3,000 postgraduate seats at IITs and over 2,000 seats at IISc, NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, and DIAT through CCMN.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Candidates in their final year of undergraduate studies or those who have completed an undergraduate degree are eligible.
  • Age Limit: There is no age restriction for the JAM 2025 exam.

How to Apply for IIT JAM 2025:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to joaps.iitd.ac.in.
  2. Access the Registration Link: Find and click on the JAM 2025 registration link on the homepage.
  3. Generate Login Credentials: Enter the required details to create a user ID and password.
  4. Fill the Application Form: Log in using your credentials and complete the application form.
  5. Upload Documents: Upload necessary documents as per the instructions.
  6. Pay the Application Fee: Make the payment online.
  7. Submit and Save: Review the information and submit the form. Download and print a copy for future reference.

Additional Information:

Admissions will be based on the All India Rank (AIR) in the JAM 2025 test papers, availability of seats, and the Government of India’s reservation policy. The JAM exam is conducted annually for admission to various postgraduate programs, including MSc, MSc (Tech), MSc-MTech Dual Degree, MS (Research), Joint MSc-PhD, and MSc-PhD Dual Degree offered by IITs, NITs, and other participating institutions.
