The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has started the application process for IIT JAM 2025 on September 3, 2024. Eligible candidates interested in pursuing Joint Admission for Masters (JAM) can apply via the official website: jam2025.iitd.ac.in. The last date to apply is October 11, 2024. Candidates can modify their exam city preferences, test papers, category, or gender until November 18, 2024.
Available Test Papers for IIT JAM 2025:
Candidates can choose from the following seven papers:
- Biotechnology (BT)
- Chemistry (CY)
- Economics (EN)
- Geology (GG)
- Mathematics (MA)
- Mathematical Statistics (MS)
- Physics (PH)
Applicants may appear in one or two test papers, provided that the two selected papers are not scheduled for the same session.
IIT JAM 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject and meet the minimum course duration requirements for their chosen test paper. Those in the final year of their undergraduate programme are also eligible to apply.
IIT JAM 2025 Application Fee:
- For one paper: ₹1,800 (General/OBC) and ₹900 (SC/ST/PwD/Female)
- For two papers: ₹2,500 (General/OBC) and ₹1,250 (SC/ST/PwD/Female)
Steps to Apply for IIT JAM 2025:
- Visit the official website: jam2025.iitd.ac.in.
- Click on the IIT JAM 2025 registration link on the homepage.
- Register by clicking on “Register Here” and entering the required details.
- Log in using your enrollment ID and password.
- Fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Download and print the application form for future reference.
IIT JAM 2025 Exam Schedule:
The exam will be conducted on February 2, 2025, in two sessions:
- Morning Session: Chemistry (CY), Geology (GG), and Mathematics (MA)
- Afternoon Session: Biotechnology (BT), Economics (EN), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH)
IIT JAM 2025 Admit Cards will be available for download in January 2025.
