The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is expected to announce the results for the 2024 Class 10 Private and Bi-Annual exams soon. Although an official result date has not been announced yet, the results are anticipated to be released by mid-November, following the declaration of the Class 12 results on November 6.
How to Check JKBOSE Class 10 Results
Students who appeared for the exam can check and download their results from the official JKBOSE website, jkbose.nic.in, once the results are declared. Here’s how to access your results:
- Visit the JKBOSE Website: Go to the official website jkbose.nic.in.
- Click on the Result Tab: Find and click on the “Result” tab on the homepage.
- Select Your Exam: Click on the link labeled “JKBOSE 10th Private/Bi-Annual Result 2024.”
- Enter Your Details: Enter your registration number and roll number.
- View and Download the Result: After submitting, your result will be displayed. Review the result and download it.
- Take a Printout: For future reference, you can also take a printout of your result.
Passing Criteria and Re-Evaluation
To pass the JKBOSE Class 10 exam, students must achieve at least 33% aggregate marks in all five mandatory subjects, excluding any additional or optional subjects. If a student is not satisfied with their marks, they can opt for a re-evaluation of their marks. Details on how to apply for re-evaluation will be available after the results are declared.
Exam Schedule and Conduct
The JKBOSE Class 10 Private and Bi-Annual exams for 2024 were held between August 24 and September 13. The exam began with a Home Science paper and concluded with the Computer Science paper.
Online Result Access
Similar to the recent Class 12 Bi-Annual results, which were only available online and not in physical copies, it is likely that the Class 10 results will also be accessible exclusively through the JKBOSE website.
