The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has commenced the Karnataka NEET UG Round 2 counselling process on September 8, 2024. Candidates can apply for the counselling process through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, by September 11, 2024. The schedule for the second round of counselling was released on September 6, 2024.
The Karnataka NEET UG/ UGCET 2024 Round 2 seat allotment result will be announced soon by the KEA. Once selected, candidates must submit the required documents to their respective colleges and pay the admission fees to confirm their seats. Dates for Round 3 of the counselling process and vacancy details will be released after the conclusion of the second round.
Steps to Apply for Karnataka NEET UG 2024 Counselling:
- Visit the official website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/KEA.
- Navigate to the Karnataka NEET UG/ UGCET admissions tab.
- Log in using your NEET UG/ KCET roll number.
- Fill out the application form with the necessary details.
- Pay the application fees, upload the required documents, and submit the form.
- Download and save the acknowledgment form for future reference.
Seat Allotment Choices:
Candidates must select one of the four alternatives while applying for counselling:
- Choice 1: For candidates who wish to accept the first available seat.
- Choice 2: For those satisfied with their seat but want to be considered for a higher preference.
- Choice 3: For candidates who are unsatisfied and wish to request an upgrade.
- Choice 4: For candidates who want to withdraw from the counselling process.
Important Notes:
- All participating institutes have been instructed to remain open on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Holidays to adhere to the counselling schedule due to the limited time available.
