Passing Criteria
- General Category:
- Categories I-II: Minimum 60% marks
- Categories III-IV: Minimum 50% marks
- SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates:
- Categories I-II: Minimum 55% marks
- Categories III-IV: Minimum 50% marks
The KTET is conducted twice a year to assess the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in Kerala’s lower primary, upper primary, and high schools. The score is valid for a lifetime.
