Grievance Submission Process
Candidates who find errors or wish to make adjustments to the merit list can submit grievances from August 4, 2024, to August 6, 2024, until 5 PM. Here’s how:
- Log into Your Account: Access the candidate’s login section on the official website.
- Submit Grievances: File any complaints and provide necessary supporting documentation.
- Check Status: The grievance acceptance or rejection status will be updated in the candidate’s login section, along with a receipt and acknowledgment.
Candidates who need to undergo a physical examination for grievances must visit their designated Facilitation Centres (FC) within the grievance period.
MAH MCA 2024: Seat Allotment Process
- Accept Seat Allotment: Candidates must accept their seat allotment based on their first preference, or the allocation will be blocked.
- Verification: Candidates must either verify uploaded documents online or report to the ARC (Admission Reporting Centre) for document verification.
- Fee Payment: Pay the seat acceptance fee in full.
- Report to Institute: Complete the admission process by reporting to the designated institute.
- Failure to Report: If a candidate fails to report to the ARC or submit documents on time, their claim to the assigned seat will be declined, and a new allotment will take place.
