The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the Round 2 seat allotment result for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) counselling 2024 today, September 19. Candidates can check the merit list on the official MCC website: mcc.nic.in. Those selected will need to report to their allotted colleges for admission and document verification to secure their seats.
How to Check NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to mcc.nic.in.
- Find the Result Link: Look for the link that reads, “NEET UG counselling Round 2 seat allotment result.”
- Enter Details: Fill in your application number and date of birth, then submit.
- View the Allotment: Your NEET UG counselling Round 2 MBBS/BDS allotment will appear on the screen.
- Download: Check and download the result for future reference.
Documents Required During Reporting:
Candidates must carry both original and photocopies of the following documents during the institute reporting or document verification rounds:
- NEET admit card 2024
- NEET 2024 scorecard
- Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
- Photo ID proof
- Six to eight passport-sized photographs
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Provisional allotment letter
Important Information:
- For All India Quota (15%), deemed universities, central universities, all AIIMS institutes, and JIPMER (Puducherry and Karaikal), the MCC will conduct four rounds of counselling, including an Online Stray Vacancy Round.
- A total of 614 additional seats have been added for Round 2 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses, with 6,947 virtual vacancies available across MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses.
Candidates who had their seats canceled during the document verification process in the first round may be considered for the second round if there are available seats in their relevant category.
