The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has announced a significant change for the Rajasthan Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2024. In response to feedback from candidates, the board will eliminate negative marking for this year’s exam.
This adjustment addresses concerns from students worried about penalties for incorrect answers and aligns the CET with other key state eligibility exams, such as REET, PTET, SET, and NET, which also do not feature negative marking.
The CET is used to evaluate candidates for various positions, including Land Record Officer (Patwari), Village Development Officer (Gram Vikas Adhikari), Junior Accountant, and more.
The exam schedule has been released as follows:
- Online Application Period: August 9 to September 7
- CET Exam Dates: October 21, 22, 25, and 26
For more details, candidates should refer to the official notification and ensure they are prepared according to the revised exam format.
