The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment for 1,497 Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) positions for the year 2024. This recruitment includes roles for Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers in various IT Systems domains. The online application process is now open and will continue until October 4, 2024.

- Deputy Manager (Systems) – Information Security: 7 posts
- Assistant Manager (System): 784 posts
Application Process:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to sbi.co.in.
- Navigate to Careers: Click on the ‘Careers’ tab on the homepage.
- Select the Notification: Find and select the relevant job opening.
- Register and Log In: Register yourself and log in with your candidate details.
- Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the form and upload necessary documents.
- Submit and Pay: Submit the application form and pay the application fee.
- Print the Application: Take a printout or screenshot of the completed form for future reference.
Application Fee:
- General, EWS, and OBC Candidates: ₹750
- SC/ST/PwD Candidates: Exempted
- Payment Methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, etc.
Selection Process:
- Deputy Manager: The selection includes a Shortlisting-cum-Tiered/Layered Interaction, worth 100 marks. The merit list will be prepared based on these scores. In case of ties, age will be used to rank candidates.
- Assistant Manager: The selection consists of an online written test and an interaction stage. The written test, scheduled for November 2024, will have 60 questions worth 100 marks and last 75 minutes. Based on the test performance, candidates will be shortlisted for the interaction stage, which is worth 25 marks.
