SSC JE 2024: Exam Pattern
The SSC JE exam consists of two tiers:
- Tier 1: General Intelligence and Awareness, Reasoning, and subject-specific questions (Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical).
- Tier 2 (Paper 2): This is a 2-hour exam worth 300 marks, consisting of 100 questions. It will focus on General Engineering in the candidate’s chosen subject and will be conducted in a computer-based format.
On August 20, the commission released the results for Paper 1, which was held from June 5 to June 7. Only candidates who passed Paper 1 are eligible to take the Paper 2 exam.
