The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has announced a significant update in its admission process for the 2025-26 academic year. For the first time, TISS will accept the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 scores for admission to three additional postgraduate programmes. These programmes include:

  1. Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations
  2. Master of Arts in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership
  3. Master of Hospital Administration

This marks an expansion of TISS’s selection criteria, as the institute previously relied primarily on its own entrance examination, the TISS National Entrance Test (TISS NET), for both undergraduate and postgraduate admissions.

The official notification from TISS advises candidates interested in these programmes to follow the CAT 2024 registration process, which is currently ongoing at iimcat.ac.in. The last date to apply for CAT 2024 is September 13, 2024, with the exam scheduled to be held on November 24 across 170 cities in India.
