- Served in Aligarh and later as Joint Magistrate in Azamgarh, Saharanpur, and Aligarh.
- Held the position of Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Agra, Mainpuri, and Saharanpur.
- Appointed District Magistrate (DM) of Shravasti from April 2017 to June 2019, and later transferred to Siddharth Nagar.
- Since April 14, 2022, Meena has been serving as the District Magistrate of Meerut.
Recently, Meena came under scrutiny from Uttar Pradesh Minister Dharmpal Singh Saini during a meeting at Vikas Bhawan in Meerut. The Minister expressed dissatisfaction with the absence of key departmental officers and criticized Meena for not ensuring their attendance.
