NEET PG 2024 Admit Card Release Today: Steps to Download and Exam Details

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is set to release the NEET PG 2024 admit cards today, August 8, 2024. The National Eligibility Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 is scheduled to take place on August 11, 2024. Candidates who have registered for the exam can download their admit cards from the official website at natboard.edu.in by entering their login credentials, such as the application number. Notifications regarding the release of the admit card will be sent to candidates via SMS and email, but the admit cards will not be distributed through post or email.

Steps to Download the NEET PG 2024 Admit Card:

  1. Visit the Official Website:
    • Go to natboard.edu.in or nbe.edu.in.
  2. Navigate to NEET PG 2024:
    • Look for the “NEET PG 2024” option on the homepage and click on it.
  3. Login to Applicant Portal:
    • Use the Applicant Login portal to log in with your credentials.
  4. Download Admit Card:
    • Click on “Download NEET PG 2024 Admit Card” to access your hall ticket.
  5. Verify Details:
    • After downloading, verify that all the details on the admit card are correct.
  6. Print and Save:
    • Print and save a copy of the admit card for future reference.

Important Points:

  • The exam, which was initially scheduled for June 23, 2024, was postponed, and the previously issued admit cards have been declared invalid.
  • Candidates had the option to select test cities in nearby states or UTs if there were fewer than four test centres in their desired state/UT or if the number of candidates exceeded available seats.

NEET PG 2024 Exam Details:

  • The exam will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode.
  • It will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), carrying a total of 800 marks.
  • Marking Scheme:
    • +4 marks for each correct answer.
    • -1 mark for each incorrect answer.
  • Candidates must pass the exam to be eligible for admission to 26,699 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,886 Master of Surgery (MS), and 922 PG Diploma seats.
