Two juveniles were injured in a shooting outside Pleasure Ridge Park (PRP) High School in Louisville, Kentucky, during a football game on Sunday night. The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m., prompting a swift response from law enforcement.
John Bradley, a spokesperson for the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD), reported that officers arrived at the scene and found a boy who had been shot multiple times. He was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital, where he remains in critical condition. A second juvenile victim later arrived at St. Mary’s and Elizabeth Hospital with injuries that are considered non-life-threatening.
The LMPD Homicide Unit is currently investigating the case, but no suspects have been identified. Authorities believe the perpetrators may have fled through a nearby residential area and are urging local residents to review their home security footage for any relevant evidence.
