Uttarakhand, since its formation 24 years ago, has made commendable strides in the field of higher education. The state started with only three state universitiesGarhwal University, Kumaon University, and Pantnagar University. Today, the number has expanded to 11 government universities, illustrating substantial growth. Notably, H.N.
